Creative Sole Scholarship Information and Application

Scholarships are available for students to cover a portion of tuition from 25%-100%

• Scholarship decisions may be unique depending on situation and family circumstances 
• Scholarships are for the entire dance year unless noted
• Partial scholarships are responsible for the remainder of tuition on the 1st of each month. If you are late there will be late fees of $5 per week. If tuition is late for 60 days you will be suspended from the program
• Scholarship recipients are responsible for registration fees, costume fees, shoes, and recital fees

Scholarships will be awarded on sole opinion and decision of the Scholarship Committee. This is a private program, there are many factors which affect decisions and not everyone who applies will receive a scholarship. Please respect our decisions, awards are not open to negotiations, unless specifically bartering for a service offered. 

If your family is awarded a scholarship you are REQUIRED to volunteer 

• Cleaning and organizing studio (monthly schedule to be organized on a rotating basis)
• Backstage Dress Rehearsal help
• Backstage Recital help
• Set up and clean up at Dress Rehearsal and Recital
• Bake Sale, Flower Sales and Ticket Sales at Recital
• Building Props and Sewing Costumes 
• Fundraising 
• Special Events

In addition we may consider bartering for services we may find beneficial for payment. Examples of such services include but are not limited to seamstress, handyman repair, advertising, maintainence, etc. Please do not take offense if we do not need your services at any particular time.

We reserve the right to revoke scholarships at any time for any reason. All students and parents must follow the policy handbook. See website link or paper copy at the studio.
