Studio Policies

Dancers are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, dressed and ready to go! Dancers are required to have all dance shoes with them, as well as a full water bottle. Dancers in B2 and up are required to have their hair securely back in a bun. If a parent or guardian is going to be more then 10 minutes late to pick-up their dancer then they need to contact Ms. Karen at the front desk. If someone other then the usual adult is picking up a dancer Ms. Karen needs to be informed before the dancer is dropped off.

 CSS has a strict late fee policy. For each week that your monthly tuition goes unpaid, you acquire a $5 fee per class enrolled. To help you stay on top of payments and fulfill your commitment, CSS has a simple auto-pay option available to everyone!

To enroll in auto-pay simply fill out our auto-pay form attached to the registration form and submit to the front desk directly. On the first of each month your credit/debit card, or bank account on file will be charged your designated tuition. Please note that in an effort to cover credit card processing fees, CSS will charge 2.89% to every transaction paid with a Visa, Mastercard, or Dsicover credit card. This does not apply to debit cards or other forms of payment, 

Having a card on file can come in handy when reordering shoes, or even making costume payments. For further information regarding recital costumes, please see our "Recital" page.

If a dancer has to miss a class they are able to make that class up in another level appropriate class. Making up classes keeps dancers on track to receive our annual perfect attendance award that is given out on the final day of recital. Dancers have until April 18th 2026 to make-up missed classes.

Any item left behind at CSS will be placed in our lost and found bin located at the front desk. Every 30 days the lost and found will be emptied. Families have one month to claim items
